​How much does shipping cost?

Orders over £35 are shipped free via Tracked 48. Orders over £100 are shipped free via Tracked 24. Shipping for orders under £35 starts at £1.50. Upgrades are available at checkout. Check out our Payment & Delivery page for more information. 

​Do you accept returns?

Yes! We hope you will be happy with your purchase, but if, for any reason, you wish to return an item (excluding personalised items), please contact us at hello@theliterarygiftshop.co.uk within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot process requests after this time. Goods must be returned in an unused, unopened, undamaged, and resalable condition. The postage costs for returning the goods will be your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable service to return your goods as we cannot be held responsible should they be lost in transit.
